Available to enrolled university law students, recent law graduates or graduates who are undertaking practical legal training.

Honorary Membership is offered - at the discretion of QLS Council - to members who have demonstrated substantial contribution to the legal profession in Queensland such as:
- Members who have been a full member of the Society for 50 years.
- Members who have demonstrated substantial contribution to the Society and significantly enhanced the solicitors’ branch of the legal profession over their career.
